Extremely disappointed with the service , IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Service call was $ 95 .00 dollars ~wasted for nothing. Somebody with orange and blue hair showed up in a car,not a company car / truck or in uniform. Could not check for sprinklers heads or solenoids because he didnt bring the tool that was needed to perform the job. Gave an estimate for $1500.dollars to locate and change out a few sprinkler heads and solinoids. Extremely disappointed. This company was recommended by a very reliable friend that used them 6 years ago. I guess the quality of work has declined since then. We have had an extreme amount of rain over the last month and I wanted all my rain gutter downspouts to run underground out to my front ditch. The "estimator" who visited my property at my request knew how boggy the ground was. I needed help troubleshooting why my pump wouldn't keep prime and why the pressure switch wouldn't turn it on or off. They did literally NOTHING. They started complaining that they didn't have the tools for all the jobs scheduled and they didn't want to have to drive an hour back to the office to get materials. They turned the pump on for 10 seconds and told me the pump was bad, which the pump works fine if they then took the time to prime it and test it....told me I need a new check valve and pump @ $900. Action Irrigation??? Not the One!!!! Their customer service is so bad I can’t believe their still in business…. It all started the third week in April when I purchased my dream home. The house I purchased had been on the market for several months so many of its systems had fallen into disrepair. One of the systems that was in disrepair was the irrigation system. Hi Heath, sorry to hear of your experience. Our business is so seasonal that we drown in work normally for 1-2 months during hot times. We Typically we have 50 calls a day throughout the year and then suddenly 500-1000 calls a day for a drought month. What happened is you got caught in this hot time frame and for that I’m sorry.
