I hired Joe for a home inspection, he quoted me $260.00 over the phone and $25.00 for an infrared camera scan. I believe his inspection lacked detail. He never tested a gas fireplace downstairs. He charged me $125.00 for a VISUAL mold test, no air sample or lab sample. He didn't take a single picture for a report. In fact his report is a carbon copy that he fills out that lacks detail. Hired Joe to do a home inspection. Was charged 25 dollars extra on site because he found spider eggs and the "pest inspection" was an additional fee. Week later all the food in my fridge went bad only to find out that it is not working. Called Joe to ask if they would help with the costs due to an inadiquite inspection and he said cause the light was on and he "Distinctly Remembers feeling cold air from the fridge" that it must have broken after his inspection. God only knows what else im going to find wrong. Save your money... read more
