Their service department is very good, but count your fingers if you shake hands with their sales staff. But from Delaware or Pennsylvania instead.
Horrible service as usual. Had some time before work so we went in to test drive and get a trade in value. Left an hour an 10 min later with no trade in value and a check engine light on our current car. The guy, with a stained polo I might add (not very professional), literally said he couldn’t tell us the trade in value because he didn’t want us to go anywhere else. Complete waste of time and now have to deal with the check engine light since they to drive our vehicle to give us a value. Never a pleasant experience at this... read more

We bought a 2018 Tuscon yesterday. I am in love with this car! We came in not sure what we wanted... lease or buy, new or pre-owned. JD answered all of our questions and educated us on all of the options. Then he showed us what was available and in our budget. This was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!
