Horrible, horrible, horrible experience and worse service. My mother’s car spent 4 weeks in their service center. It was diagnosed with an engine issue and they needed to rebuild it. She got it home and it was acting funny. She took it back to them, now they are saying it was not the engine, but her alternator. They had the car for 4 weeks and misdiagnosed it or maybe they damaged the alternator while doing the repair?
