We had two furnaces and two ACs installed at our daycare. Before the job got started **** went over everything they were going to do and how long it was going to take. The installation crew was amazing, we knew when they were coming and when they left everything was cleaned up. We strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for a repair job or new furnace or AC.

My a/c failed. Of course it was on a 92 degree day in late August. The pros from Action came out that day and presented the best option to get me back to "cool". That option meant replacing both my heating and a/c units as I had gotten all the life from my existing system as possible. The job was completed quickly, very professionally and with constant attention to my household comfort. **** & ***** have been around a long time, and their great customer service is the #1 reason. I had a dead AC, and wanted to replace an original furnace at the same time. They gave me several workable options, and pros/cons behind each. Never once did I feel pressured or coaxed into doing things a certain way or by a certain time. Mike and crew were great with this new furnace and a/c installation. Mike was especially attentive to my concerns about potential sound levels of furnace and a/c condenser units since they would be installed in and around higher traffic areas of my single-level (no basement) house. He recommended equipment and placement that would meet my needs. Installers were very responsive to minor adjustments I asked them to make as work progressed. I would recommend and use Action again.
