Our 20 yr old furnace stopped working in March. I called Action Heating & they were out within a couple of hours. It was determined that our old furnace needed major repairs, & that money would be better spent towards a new furnace. A new system was installed that same day & was up & running within several hours! The work was done efficiently, with as little mess & downtime as possible, thanks to Bo! I highly recommend Action Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical for all your HVAC needs.

I was really impressed with how quick we were able to have someone out when we had an emergency call. They scheduled a time to come out and they were on time. The quote was a great price, the work was done AND they cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the prompt and professional service we received. I would highly recommend them.

We first used Action in July 2021. Our A/C went kaput in 90+ degree weather during the supply chain crisis. Mike had the right unit available at a reasonable price and installed it the day after we signed up. Scott the installer was polite and knowledgeable. In June 2022 Action returned to our house to check out our equipment when we were preparing to sell. In August 2022, Action installed a new A/C unit and Water Heater in our "fixer-upper" home. I've been in my house for 10 years, and called Action because installed the furnace that was there when I bought it. Still in business. Very knowledgeable. Great service. Had it figured out in a matter of hours. Obtained necessary equipment and repaired in a couple of days. Highly recommend.

they where nice knowledgeable they check my problem with the a/c. gave me a quoit for a new one. which they were not pushy about it at all. they did not charge me for that service call .I called them later that day and had them install my new a/c unit. which the old was 24 years old they said they could put it in 2 days which they did done great work called a couple days after installation to make sure everything was up to power and told me to call them anytime if i had any questions. i would definetly recommend them for hav... read more

My AC stopped working during peak heat and humid days. I called Action on a Sunday morning and Mike came out the same day. The unit needed to be replaced (20 years old). They got me scheduled and replacement was done the following Tuesday. Very pleased with the promptness and efficiency of the install.
