I'm sorry that other people have issues. Through different owners, I have gone to this place of business 31 years. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. They r much better priced than dealing with dealerships. I have a 10 yr old prius, and I just got my third set of tires, #1, on car when I bought it new, and the next 2 from them. I try and schedule my appointments, because that way I can anticipate wait time. They keep my car going basically maintenance free except scheduled work.
If only I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. You know a place is not reputable when they refuse to work with Michelin Corporate Headquarters for tire warranty, what a shady little business. Toole, (if that is how you spell your name) you have made a huge mistake and cost your business big time. Michelin is now looking into ending their relationship with you, hope it was worth delivering horrible customer service to a very good customer.

Brought my 2016 truck to action for them to re balance the brand new tires and rims. Left with one rim damaged scratched and dented. Over $500 rim . Then brought it to firestone to re balance the replacement rim and found that they had damaged 2 rims in fact. They tried to cover it up by adding tape to the center cap then forcing it on which caused the cracks in the other brand new rim. Very happy that Tony is back! I actually thought about not going there anymore since Todd left I was not happy with the service I felt like they were pushing me for things I didn't need
