RecommendedI hda one issue a while back with Action Gator Tire but since then these guys have stepped up. their customer service is excellent tuly does a great job of taking care of his customers the staff as a whole is great I just prefer to deal with tuly
Had on oil change done on 5/12, drive my truck for a few days then started smelling like a burning smell. Took it back and they realized they didn't put oil cap back on. So as I was driving it oil was spilling onto the engine and thats what was the burning smell. Keep in mind I have been taking both of our cars there for last 15 years. Action gator is the best tire store in Claremont the service is impeccable the staff is amazing and if you’re in a hurry this is the place to come if you have a tire problem and the guys have a smile
I've taken my work truck in a couple times as well as my personal car, and I've had a great experience each time. I've never had to wait an awfully long time, Tooly has always been amazingly helpful and the staff has always been friendly. Comparing the competitors I've been to in the past, Action Gator has been the best overall.
This is the third time I’ve gone to Action Gator Tire and I always have a great experience! When I went today everyone was great, especially Tooly who helped assist me in today with my service for my SUV. Great company and staff.
Tooly was amazing and so is everyone there. Came in to get my tire looked at that was loosing air, after being told by Walmart that I needed a brand new tire that they couldn’t fix it. Walmart was going to charge me over $200 for a brand new tire. So I went to Action Gator the next day and Tooly walked me through everything. Checked my tire for free, and found out they could fix the tire because it had a nail in it. This saved me time and money and I’m glad they took care of me. I highly recommend this place. Ok these guys saved me. I had popped two of my tires on the way to a friend's house and these not only quickly ordered and installed them but they also gave me a discount.
