TERRIBLE service attitude in phone calls also people have been waiting outside for 3 HOURS waiting for the receptionist to get back from her “lunch break” called the number on the door and got told “oh I thought she would of been back already” “ I’ll be there in 10 minutes “ is been more then 10 minutes and we are still waiting outside
Let this towing company serve you as a reminder to be absolutely vigilant and considerate of where you park your vehicle. (Ie, making sure you do NOT park anywhere your car could possibly be towed, and ESPECIALLY where this company is the areas go to) $325 base fee, $128 administrative fees, and $88 DAILY FEE for every day your car is in their lot. Car was just about to be towed and then we got to the place within 5 minutes (we got the notification at 1:53pm and we got there 1:55pm)since the car is tesla and it’s able to check with live cam what is going on with my car through the phone app. The drop fee was $325+Tax however Im sure that there is specific price guideline of towing price in Washington state.
