The sales rep there that my son brokered a deal with backstabbed him. We are two hours away and the rep knew this. He advised my son to let him know when he’s on his way which we did. We were just about outside the city limits of where my son lives when we called only to find out he sold the truck literally as we spoke. This is far from the truth and you know it. You and your son called to let us know you were about to leave to look at the truck to which we told you to wait because someone else was currently looking at the truck. Our deal was that if you were to call and let us know you were leaving that we would hold the truck for you - no deposit needed. Bought a car from them about three weeks ago and now the timing chain is out on it. Called them and they said they would call me back and never did. Not happy at all.
Brought a car. Had 5 less than 6 months. Needs a new engine!!! Never again.
Bought a Subaru from them, the next day it overheated, was leaking exhaust in the coolant. Contacted them and they told me that there’s nothing they can do. I’m sure they were aware of the issue and sold it anyway.
Bought a car and 2 days later the car stalled. Took it to a mechanic and it's the torque converter in the transmission $3000 repair.
