I honestly thought my car was ruined after a vet trip resulted in cat urine on the floor. If you know, you know—that smell is almost impossible to get out. I took it here with low expectations, but they worked absolute magic. They used an ozone treatment, which they explained uses oxidation to actually break down the odor molecules instead of just masking them with a spray. It actually worked—the smell is completely gone.
