I recently had a horrible experience at Action Al's Tire Co. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The guy who helped me, who happened to started screaming at me for no reason. I felt really uncomfortable and couldn't help but wonder. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I will definitely not be returning to this place. I would advise others which my family and friends I recommended them to avoid it as well.
I have been a loyal customer for almost 7 years and I have never seen a bad customer service like this. I brought so many people and family at this place however I have not recommend anymore because what I had a bad experience.
