The Action Al’s staff are totally friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced. My mechanic recommended them, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They helped me with a flat tire fix and replacement (I rode on the rim). The tire was cheaper than the dealer quote, and they did not try to oversell me on all new tires.

I recently had a horrible experience at Action Al's Tire Co. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The guy who helped me, who happened to started screaming at me for no reason. I felt really uncomfortable and couldn't help but wonder. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I will definitely not be returning to this place. I would advise others which my family and friends I recommended them to avoid it as well.
