We worked with Kevin and his awesome crew to refinish the floors in our entire home in January 2021. He was responsive, kind, thorough, helpful, and SO knowledgeable during every part of the process, from initial bid all the way through final payment. Amazing work, the team has great respect for traditional materials and shows impeccable craftsmanship in both restoring old floors and putting in new hardwood floors (no creaking). The prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend highly enough.
They were fast, efficient, and high quality! I have no regrets, my floor looks amazing whereas before it was a mess of dark stain.
We got our oak floors refinished two years ago, and even with foot traffic from kids, adults, cats, and a dog, they still look good as new. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly professional. We wanted a third coat of polyurethane, and Kevin was the only company we spoke to who was willing to accommodate that. We highly recommend this company, and we certainly hope Kevin will still be in business when we need a fresh coat in a dozen years. :)
