I had an extremely frustrating experience with ACT Family Counseling. I had an appointment scheduled with therapist Kawanna, but she was a no-show. I have been trying to reach the office for over a week to get rescheduled, but despite multiple calls, they have not had the decency to get back to me as promised. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
