Are you guys the ones cold calling people and bothering them? Thanks for confirming that you are, indeed, the ones who called me, as much as you tried to deny it. As a tenant these guys were great to work with. Available on the weekends, quick to respond, great contractors lines up and, most importantly, very reasonable regarding move out inspection and paying back the security deposit. Highly recommend!
I am a six-year tenant of a home managed by Devin Dyer and CR Property Mgmt in Thousand Oaks. Devin’s responsiveness, professionalism, consistency and attention to detail has made me feel well-taken care of as a tenant. I’d wholeheartedly recommend them as a property manager, as well as to anyone looking to lease one of the properties they represent. Thank you!
