As a tenant these guys were great to work with. Available on the weekends, quick to respond, great contractors lines up and, most importantly, very reasonable regarding move out inspection and paying back the security deposit. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. They are rude, do not return calls and I was told they will not meet with me in the office as this is a new policy of theirs. If you have property do not hire this company.
Washer and dryers keep breaking. Current renter. File multiple complaints which they don't take seriously. Say they will replace with new machines but it's been at least a year of this.
