They are very poor with communication. Just had a monument installed in neighborhood but more than half the people did not want. Its hideous.

Very dissatisfied. When you email about any issues, emails are rarely, if ever, returned. Sad to pay all this money and issues are never resolved. They claim they will do this and that to rectify the issues, but then end up doing nothing. Can't wait to sell this place eventually and get out of this community. All they do is take more and more money and give you crap in return. They intentionally seek to bleed customers through excessive fees. They changed their payment platform (which used to have a no-fee option) to a new platform that requires "processing" fees, even for ACH transactions. The transition to the new platform also disrupted their billing communication, so they charged me late fees on a bill they never sent. I called to request removal of the fees and was denied, despite showing them a lack of record of a bill being sent. My quarterly bill was 20% higher due to their fee structure.

Doesn’t pay their contractor bills /leaves their renters with less than satisfactory services Not sure why anyone would want to rent from someone in this day and age who doesn’t offer premium customer care to Their tentants while charging above average rates
