The HOA of Hidden Meadows Community, invited a member of ACRI to be present at a very important meeting, held on 1/27/25. This meeting was for roof replacements and the ensuing costs to home owners. Being our management company, I feel they were remiss in their presence.
My Acri property manager, Kiley Shively has been so helpful. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and addressed every concern. Since I am new to living in an HOA the Acri Neighborhood Notices community website was an incredible asset. I found everything I needed.
