Absolutely awful. Their accounting is horrendous. Late fees and "mailing fees" on money that was already paid, but they take 3 weeks from receiving your payment to actually process it, so they can do exactly that. I believe the owner retired to Arizona and is now simply taking our money and enjoying his golden years. We have a ridiculous amount of money budgeted for snow removal that doesn't happen. The HOA of Hidden Meadows Community, invited a member of ACRI to be present at a very important meeting, held on 1/27/25. This meeting was for roof replacements and the ensuing costs to home owners. Being our management company, I feel they were remiss in their presence.
