They intentionally seek to bleed customers through excessive fees. They changed their payment platform (which used to have a no-fee option) to a new platform that requires "processing" fees, even for ACH transactions. The transition to the new platform also disrupted their billing communication, so they charged me late fees on a bill they never sent. I called to request removal of the fees and was denied, despite showing them a lack of record of a bill being sent. My quarterly bill was 20% higher due to their fee structure.

Doesn’t pay their contractor bills /leaves their renters with less than satisfactory services Not sure why anyone would want to rent from someone in this day and age who doesn’t offer premium customer care to Their tentants while charging above average rates

Very dissatisfied. When you email about any issues, emails are rarely, if ever, returned. Sad to pay all this money and issues are never resolved. Can't wait to sell this place and get out of this community.

I have a problem with my plumbing and I I got a real nice person. She took care of my problem and she was very nice about it and it's rare to have good treatment like that and I really appreciate it thank you very much!

Very poor experience dealing with Tracy. I’m not surprised they have several complaints. They don’t do their due diligence. This company’s offensive and false communication needs to be dealt with.
