We used aCremation for my Mom. In the days following her death, I emailed our "contact" person repeatedly with questions regarding difficulties with signing their documents, obituaries, etc. Never once did I receive a reply. It really felt like once they had the money and body in hand, the support evaporated. I wish I would have chosen a company that was more supportive and kind in the days following my Mom's death...
