They are the worst I have ever experienced stay far away still don't know if they will fund ,loosing EMD and properties they should be sued ...4 weeks late on loan .
zero stars! horrible lending company, did not close mortgage on time despite having 2 months to process loan, they couldnt provide any explanation about why the delayed loan . when inquiries were made about when the closing would be done they stated that they were overwhelmed with loan processing with only 1 underwriter. in the meantime seller and buyer were in limbo, in addition seller was buying another primary residence with contingency so that purchase fell through. nightmare. stay away

Representatives are rude and misrepresented facts. Sales rep "Stephen Park" is one of the most prominent pos sales reps I've ever used. They are a stain on the mortgage industry! They call and email, and call and email, and call and email, and call and email, and call and email, and call and email, and call and email! They NEVER STOP! They are the most ruthless, dirty, spammy, slimy marketers in the history of business. THEY WON'T TAKE YOU OFF OF THEIR LISTS AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS.
