Do not ever use this company if you or your client needs a foreign national loan. While this type of loan is not easy, a lender should know the requirements and tell the client the correct information from the beginning. Absolutely the worst lending experience ever. 20 years as a mortgage broker and ACRA is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER EVER send a file to them. I tried them, won't ever try them again.

I’ve done business with Voltaire Zapatan & Vanessa Diaz in California and they were able to help me close on a property within 40 days. Job nicely done.
I worked with Brandon Pratt and his closing coordinator Ngoc Van and they got it done. The process took longer than indicated although they came through in the end. They were very thorough and I had to provide them with document after document so expect an extensive review of everything. I would work with Brandon and Ngoc again.
If only there were negative stars. It took this "team" 90 days before I gave up, after promising a slam dunk in 30-45 days. I had a 740 score, 2 million in equity across my portfolio and 3 times the income they said they needed! They could not figure out a 160k loan on a $315k house (personal residence-owner occupied) with no debt! Do not waste your time. This company is the worst company ever I am a real estate agent/ buyer put an offer in on 11/8/21 was suppose to close 1st week in January, Still didn’t close and now it’s 2/9/2022, The seller is about to cancel, they wouldn’t give me my terms on the loan keep asking, for the last month and a half, finally when they did there was all kinds of fees,3% prepayment pentalty for 3 years, PMI, etc, told them I didn’t want them in loan was assured they would take them out, keep asking for terms again took another month, keep aski... read more
I work for insurance agency. I call mortgage companies all the time. Calling This Citadel Servicing is a huge set back, I was keep giving other number to call and end up with no where. There is definite something wrong with their service or structure !!!!
