This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Washington, D.C. The pasta is the most fresh and delicious around town. The ambiance is great, and it's perfect for parties of five or more as the available tables are usually in quiet locations. If you're feeling inspired, ask if there is a table available at the speak easy next door (Harold-Black) for a last drink.
