This place is a nightmare DO NOT GO to ACORN STORAGE!!!!! I was late on my storage rent and they just gave my unit away like that . All my children's sentimentals and stuff I bought over the years and some furniture I bought with money I will never get back thank you for not taking care of me you guys are heartless and should get your karma! What a joke this business was I live in Boise but nothing was available last summer so I had to go all the way out there so not worth it I lost everything fuck you acorn
Failed to tell me when I put my stuff in storage that the units on the north side of Franklin fill up with saw dust from the mill. All my stuff is ruined and all they had to say was "we're not responsible for damage." Yeah, you are. You have a responsibility to give people the facts before they put their items in your facility. Will discourage anyone I can from ever using this place.

My sister Julie Raub recently rented a storage unit from here and she had nothing but good things to say about the staff and how personable and helpful they were! They are very knowledgable and made every thing so easy and clearly communicated everything she needed to know.

They treated me poorly at this place. I was told one thing by an employee, then punished the next time I was there, for doing what I was told I could do! That was after checking to make sure it was ok!! They then treated me like I was a criminal, instead of trying to even understand what happened. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau and they just lied about what happened.
