So, I've held back from writing a review for a few months. I applied, was approved and moved into one of their houses. I wanted our relationship to season a bit, to see how they truly were. I honestly have never liked my landlords. But I do Acorn. I feel ...I dunno...like a valued customer?!? It's strange, but they all actually seem to like their jobs, are always cheerful and helpful. By far one of the best property management companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very responsive to our needs, have a great after hour emergency program and are fair and honest. I like them so much that I recommended my mother to rent from them. I HIGHLY recommend!
