As out-of-state owners of two rental houses in Eugene, we signed on with Acorn Property Management in mid-2014. It was at the recommendation of our Realtor, who also has campus rentals managed by Acorn. Prior to the switch, we had our properties managed by a different management company for several years. Acorn staff cares about their tenants, the property owners, and maintaining properties to enhance the experience for tenants and give value to the owners. I have found the workers they hire for repairs and maintenance to be pleased with them too. They are dedicated, and reliable. They CARE.

I recommend Acorn Property Management :) I've rented through Acorn for over 2 years now. Initially there were a few issues that had me concerned but the owner got in touch with me and was happy to help. I like the property and have been happy with their services. Pros: Responsive to issues Willing to work with less than perfect credit Decent selection of properties Allows pets + large dogs Locally owned Fast & courteous maintenance

I am quite impressed with Acorn Property Management! I have moved a few ties and have found that almost every property management company I have dealt with have been unprofessional, impolite and unfriendly. Acorn is the complete opposite of this! Misty was professional and patient in answering all my questions. They worked with me on all the details to make the rental agreement fit my needs and where polite an courteous the entire time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work Acorn!

I would absolutely recommend working with Acorn Property Management; during a search for a new place to live I came across many other Property Companies in town and they all seemed to have no care or concern for the look of the place for rent. In fact one local company had homeless squatters and the company didn't care. In contrast, Acorn's properties always looked clean, in good shape, & no debris inside or outside. I rented a house from Acorn for four years. They were really good to work with, friendly and understanding. Any time something broke, they fixed it right away. When we moved out we left the place really clean and got our deposit back.

Rented from Acorn for 18 months and was very satisfied with their service. Response to minor issues were prompt and a large appliance breakdown was remedied in less than 24 hours. The staff is professional and organized and very easy to deal with on a personal level. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a rental in Eugene.

Got a new place through Acorn Property Management today. I'm quite happy overall with my experience. They found a property that worked well for me & I'm excited to enjoy it this year. Initially there was a misunderstanding that was resolved quickly & fairly which I am very appreciative of :) Misty was super helpful & I definitely recommend Acorn Property
