Melt! – I've been going to Marie for years, once a month for a relaxing massage. She's a miracle worker! You don't even have to tell her what hurts when you come in; she finds each and every spot and works them gently away. She's very knowledgable, gentle and professional. Best Facial in Portland – I have been a client of Marie for several years. I keep coming back because she gives the best facial in town. I have had facials at other day spas before I went to Acorn and there is quite a difference. The calm atmosphere, attention to detail and professionalism really sets Acorn Body Care apart. Marie is trained in massage and aesthetics and is just so knowledgeable that I learn something every time I am there. I have recommended her services to all of my friends.
A wonderful experience! – As a client of Acorn Body Care for over 5 years, I have come to rely on my monthly massages for mental stress relief and muscle relief! The environment is soothing and comfortable. I always leave feeling much more relaxed and calm than when I came in. I've also enjoyed facials that have made my skin glow and I love the Pevonia moisturize cream to keep it looking great. Marie's expertise, versatility and warm spirit keep me coming back for more!
Exceptional therapeutic massage – Having recently been injured I looked into several massage therapists around town. Marie is very attentive to my needs and gentle. She seems to really know her way around the human body and definitely knows where my "spots" are hiding! She has helped me regain range of motion in my neck.
good facial – I've had many facials all over the country, many felt great but didn't do much for my skin. I found that the esthetician at Acorn Body Care knew a lot about skin and approached the facial in the manner I prefer, which is with plenty of extractions and a soothing mask after. a so so facial – Having recieved many facials, I was most disapointed in my facial at Acorn Body Care. I felt the facial was very clinical and agressive. I also didn't like that my facial tecnician left the room several times during my treatment. Overall it was quite disapointing and over priced.
I am impressed – Acorn Body Care is a pleasure to visit...I appreciate the serene atmosphere provided...I've been to day spas where the hectic pace put me into an anxious mood before my treatment...the Acorn staff put me well at ease and the knowledge of their products and services made me very comfortable. Great Treatments and Results – My husband bought me a gift certificate for a massage and facial. I have neck problems due to an old injury so I tend to get a bit nervous when I get massages from new therapists. Apprehension dissappeared about twenty minutes into the massage when I finally relaxed. The therapist was gentle and asked a lot of questions at first.
