I dropped by with my favorite sunglasses, one arm of which needed a pin.It was immediately fixed with no charge by the gracious optometrist bon duty. My grateful thanks Sharon Thompson
It pains me to be critical. Prior annual exams have been good. Yes, it was a full eye exam, and be efficient by all means but the sense of being rushed through the process was too much. Did they really listen to my vision issue? Did they overbook?
I came to Acorn Optometry to get my sunglasses repaired & Emily was so accommodating & helpful! She cleaned & fixed my glasses & was so professional and nice. I would definitely recommend.
I dropped by yesterday to ask about repairing a pair of Sunglasses that were damaged around a nose support (made of wood & metal laminated; Shwood brand). The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly and asked there Optometry Technician/Optometrist to see what could be done. In less than 20 minutes & after a Consult about the need to use glue, they were repaired. I asked to pay, and was told that there was no charge, and this was how they treated their Customers - speechless. Beyond awesome & Thank You!
Welcoming staff and the optometrist was very helpful and professional. They stock a wide array of frames.
