Beginning with the warm greeting by Emily at the front desk and proceeding punctually to a series of diagnostic tests with Ayomide and finally to the final stages of the examination with Dr.Neil Paterson two things were apparent. I had an appointment with oak bay optometry, and after a flood there I was called and told I had to reschedule with acorn. I arrived on foot, since my eyes would be dilated, and they told me they had no record of my appointment that day. I had to move a lot of things around to make this time. They should have fit me in as this was their mistake. Disappointed!
