I had settlers storage and this sad excuse for a company bought them out. Their management, if there is any, is horrible. If you need to contact anyone about your unit over a weekend you're screwed. I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but when they took over, they increased fees due to "management expenses", yeah right. Online it has their hours posted, when you arrive, you find out that those hours are apparently wrong or not updated. So, they just print out new hours and tape them on the door to cover their ass. Adequate room and friendly staff up front. Only drawback was some mice activity and stuff quite dusty after about 18 months time. Though filled a need for me and thankful for that

Out of all the storage units in the metro area I find that acorn storage in Roseville is easy to get to right on the bus line ✨ And Acorn storage has reasonable prices compared to other storage units in the twin cities metro area 👍😊

Reserved a uhaul here and they did not complete my order AND were not open during the hours they gave to uhaul to help get the truck. It was 98 degrees and I sat outside for 30+ minutes. Made my move much more stressful! Even uhaul customer service could not get ahold of them.
