I had my first floor storage unit broken into. The thieves took everything of value (except my table saw oddly enough). Acorn did nothing to help police, even though they told me that they had thieves on camera, and they used their own door code to get in the building.
The person at the desk made the whole process quick and easy. Very easy to work with, very friendly, and also very helpful. This business is a million times better than the PS place. Wish I had found this place before I went to the competitive business. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the gentleman at the front desk and Acorn Mini Storage. The PS mini storage front desk person is super rude and disrespectful. Thank you Acorn Mini Storage for all your help.
I've had experience at other storage units. And I would go to no other storage unit then acorn storage unit because they have the best service and they're so kind and helpful. And and very personal to the customers and they're very informative if there's a problem. I like how the handle all situations and I and I recommend all my friends that are moving to use acorn for storage.
