The office manager Vanessa is extremely rude and disrespectful. She treated my daughter inappropriately on the phone over not being able to pay her entire bill. She is 24 and offered to make payments and she said no and demanded she pay it all the next day at 9am. This is one week after my wife canceled her phone appointment because of her attitude. The doctors are great but lost 3 patients over the office managers poor behavior.
I am grateful for the exceptional service provided and would recommend this dental office to anyone seeking a stress-free and friendly environment for their dental care. The doctors were very caring and the front office staff is a shining example of excellent customer service and is a significant reason I look forward to my dental appointments.
First time patient, had such a great positive experience. Everyone in the office is welcoming and sweet. The front office coordinator is very nice, knowledgeable and informative. The dr. answered all of my questions and is friendly and informative. My experience from start to finish was exceptional. I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
My experience at Acorn Family Dentistry was truly outstanding. Let me tell you, first of all—I had just been from a very traumatic experience with another dentist which profoundly scared me. And I came in scared and upset, and they were so gentle and patient and listened to me and took all of my feelings seriously. I went to see Dr. Dogra for teeth bleaching ahead of my wedding. From the moment I entered the office, I was met with such warmth from the staff. Everyone is so genuinely kind. They were also so careful and effective with my cleaning and whitening. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep! I left with the whitest smile and no pain. I highly recommend!
