Dr Bollen, Dr Marci, the staff and vet techs are all very knowledgeable and kind. Even during Covid, they take all proper precautions, have easy-to-follow directions, and are very communicative. 10/10!

Best veterinary hospital in MA! I would drive anywhere to see them. They are smart, caring and attentive. Best veterinarians and technicians. If they took humans.. I would go there!

I have never been to an animal vet/hospital where EVERYONE is kind, polite, caring. They truly love your pet and care for your pet as if they were a family member. In addition to all the love and attention, they are highly skilled and know so much about animals. We live in Mansfield and it is worth the drive to Franklin. I will never go anywhere else. 💕
