Acme Sunshades recently completed an installation of two large awnings on a commercial building in Berkeley for us. They needed to remove the existing awnings, repair and repaint the frames, and then reinstall the awnings with new fabric. This was our first project with Acme and from our initial discussion of the work right through the finished installation they were very professional, thorough, careful, and meticulous. Acme Sunshades did an outstanding job on the awnings for our property. We recently converted a standalone garage to an ADU and wanted it to look like it had been built at the same time as the main building. An oversight on the doors during construction lead to very little space between the top of the doors and the gutter on the roof. This challenge was handled beautifully by the Acme Sunshades team. We had several retractable and fixed awnings replaced by Acme Sunshades. They did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend.
Acme sunshades installed my first set of Awnings 15 years ago. They were slightly faded but in excellent condition. I was having mt house painted so I had to remove the Awnings. I thought I might as well replace them with the new fabric. They removed the Awnings replaced them and installed the new ones after my paint job was finished. They’re beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. The installers were efficient and very careful. I highly recommend them. Mary Sampson
