RecommendedSuper impressed. Our air went out today and we called... he was here in probably 30 minutes! After assessing the issue and getting parts, he had it fixed pretty quickly and was super super nice. Cannot ask for better service especially late in the day on a Friday (most companies would make you wait till Monday- and by golly it was hot today!) Thank you so much!!!!
Lady on the phone very rude I tried using their service twice this week and they have ZERO communication with customers. They showed up Monday to service furnace and never called me to make an appointment. Just now got a call for first thing in morning and again never called to set it up. She was rude and unprofessional. When I told her I would no longer need their service she said that’s fine. Unreal
Flooded basement and backed up drain led to days of anxiety over what plumbing costs I would face. On my neighbor’s recommendation, I called Acme. They came the very next day (others I called said I would have to go without proper drainage for a week!), and my bill was about 10% of what I feared it would be. Stephen did a great job. I will definitely use them from now on.
Want to thank Acme Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc in Owensboro KY. Furnace was out this morning and they were able to get a technician over here to look at it. Internal reset popped do to dirty injector/burners. He got it all cleaned and up in running quickly. They are very reasonably priced.
In the middle of an ice storm, Acme came out to our house to clear a main line clog. He arrived very quickly, fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes and it was very reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend Acme for your plumbing needs!!!!
Been going on 2 months now Acme has not finished the job at my house. We had an agreement they would get the other half of what they’re owed once job was finished. Nobody writes down anything in that office and the guy in charge of the job site (at least my house) never saves my number and has to ask who it is every time I call. They’ve sent me a bill twice now with a late fee after I called the first time and told them what was going on they said they’d send someone out to me and not to worry about the late fee. Fast and Friendly Service! They saved the day for us as our whole bathroom was not working.
I will never use this company again! I called them out on Sunday with my house not keeping the correct temp. The guy that came out was here a total of 10 mins and said my unit was working properly and he had checked the operation and everything was fine, although my house wasn't cooling correctly. He said my motor could be going out on a 5 year old unit. I got another company to come out on Monday and they took off the bottom panels and it was clogged up with debris.
