Horrible business went down hill with the new owner Brian. He is a poor excuse for a professional business man. The old owners always were on point. I placed a custom order weeks in advance and communicated what the date of the event was. I never heard from him so I called him to get a status update he said no work has been done his machine has been down eight days!!!! This was two days before my event!! Took a couple weeks just to stitch 3 scrub tops for $43 and they weren’t ready the day, or even week, they told me it would be. Stitching was good on 1 but decent-bad on the other two because the writing scrunched up the shirt around it so it doesn’t look presentable for my clinic. The pre-2020 acme location off mission was great, not sure about this new one. Might have to find another go-to embroidery shop

Under new ownership and at a new no frills location. They found the digital files the previous owners did for the logo I needed. Did a great job on my embroidery.

I cannot thank ACME Award enough for all of their help with my daughters Letterman Jacket. After being let down by another business and frantically calling everyone and anyone that could possibly help me, I came across ACME Award. Pam not only helped calm this momma down, but she immediately put a plan in place to meet my tight deadlines. Not only was she professional but she made this whole experience very personal. Found this place on-line and ordered a small personalized plaque that was for a family gift. Placed the order in the end October and was told it might take a week, which was fine. Did not receive a call or text to let me know it was ready. Finally went back a few weeks later (right before Thanksgiving) and asked if my order was ready. They said no, there was an issue with the order and they had to change a few things in order to complete it.
