horrible experience arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early there was a little mixup with my orders, but that was resolved within five minutes of my check-in so I was still 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was there for close to 50 minutes. They were taking in people who are walk-ins ahead of me. I complained to the front desk twice and was told they would take me next and then they still took other people who were there after me ahead of me.
