I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the property and the amenities. However, if I could, I would change the frequent fire alarms and the foundation issues that are present around the property. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the facility.

Generally speaking, Acklen... (Verified Renter) Generally speaking, Acklen is a great place to live. Maintenance is always super quick in following up on requests. However, the noise levels can get a little out of control and it seems to take a small act of God to adequately address tenants who are excessively loud. Additionally, the garage gates are constantly broken and left open. The safety element is therefore often lacking.
