Caused Damage and won't work with me to resolve Rick Ackerman cut down a tree in my back yard and caused over $4000 dollars of damage to my house. He kept promising to come back and finish the removal of the downed tree and to fix the railing on my deck and he never show up on multiple occasions. He then stopped returning my phone calls and he never provided me with his insurance information. I am now having to work through my own insurance company to settle this matter.
