My car was totaled during 60K mile servicing. I gave my car to Toyota Ackerman in excellent condition for routine service and returned to a $430 bill and a totaled car. After returning to receive my car, I was asked to first pay my $430 bill. I was then escorted to my car. As I entered the car, a technician from across the hall unprofessionally yelled "you may want to call your insurance company, you got pounded by hail." I visited a few car dealers throughout the city and county, and Ackerman Toyota was BY FAR the BEST! We were not hounded, and each person we dealt with there was extremely friendly and helpful. The saleslady told us about the car, let us ask questions, and then let us be. When the critical decison time came, she walked away and gave us a few minutes in private, so we could discuss the car without anyone else around. After talking to sales personnel at other car dealerships in the area, my wife and I recently visited Ackerman Toyota. The salesperson and sales manager were great. They were very up front with us and offered a fair price. No games or high pressure. After agreeing to purchase a new Toyota off the lot, they stayed late past closing to go over all the features and finish cleaning the vehicle. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership.
