We were in the hunt for a 2026 Grand Highlander Platinum Max, Blueprint with black interior. I looked nationwide, even called dealers close the the manufacturing facility in Princeton Indiana hoping to find one already built and sitting on the lot - No Joy! Bought a Crown today and had a great experience. Meghan was friendly, efficient, and very transparent throughout the whole process. No pressure and no unnecessary add-ons—none of that typical dealership stuff they don’t fully explain but still try to make you get. Mike in the office was also great and easy to work with. Honestly, one of the few dealerships that didn’t feel shady or uncomfortable. Stress-free, great people, and a competitive price. Highly recommend.
It has been one month since I bought my 2026 Signia from Ackerman. Tyler Baker was a great salesman to work with and offered a very reasonable deal. They also gave me top dollar for my trade in. Mike in Finance was my best experience with 'the finance guy' I have had. I have two other Toyota dealers who are closer to me and I am happy to pass them by to to come here. I certainly hope the service department for my oil changes at Ackerman translates into a top service experience similar to Tyler and Mike. Thanks.

Overpriced. And bad negotiation with Brad. I was ready to buy a car. The car I wanted was 160,000 mi that had been in two accidents. It's not like it was top tier. But compared to other sales in the area, the car was overpriced by at least $2,000 to $3,000. I went back and forth in negotiations and we were $800 away. He didn't offer to go to the manager again.
