The leasing agents at Valencia at Medical and University Cove refuse to communicate with me regarding renting an apartment at the property. I'm nonverbal and they refuse to respond to my emails. Terrible customer service!
You really need to look into your properties that are failing! Seven Oaks Apartments now known as Colinas at Medical. Who can live with high crime, broken windows. Over charging from office and notices to vacate every single week from good paying tenants. I'm moving out and will never trust this company or any of its lease agents again
Being over charged for on Trash , Vella De Oro is not a place to move into! This place needs a serious looking into by the owner. James kandasamy! ASAP
