They have an unusual practice of requiring multiple visits for PrEP and annual wellness/physical if they happen to land around the same time. Not sure if this is a formal policy but I checked with my insurance company (Aetna) and they DO NOT require this. It probably is so they can bill for two separate visits but that isn’t very patient-friendly.
