Dr. Richard McIlmoyle was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He took the time to explain what my issue was in detail. I was very well taken care of.
Over the years I've had the chance to experience therapeutic massage from several different practitioners. Recently as a consequence of an automobile incident I have been able to introduce my 92 yr. old mother to Sheena Badr RMT. To say my mother was satisfied with her treatment would be a dramatic understatement. She couldn't stop singing the praises of massage performed by Sheena.

I went searching for relief— A terrible pain in my left shoulder made it hard to even breathe. The ache got worse whenever I paused or tried to sleep. Brad Dudinsky was the professional who helped me. From just the first session, I noticed real changes. The second session brought even more relief. Brad suggested three sessions—next week is my third, and so far everything is going smoothly. If you’re struggling with pain, I absolutely recommend Brad at Admirals Walk Optometry Clinic.
My treatment with Dr. McIlmoyle at Achieve Health was compassionate, informed and highly professional. He was able to assist and diagnose an injury that was hugely affecting my movement life. I now feel much more at ease going forward with treatment back in my home province. Deep gratitude.
