The doctors and staff at Achieve are kind & considerate. They take time to listen to all your concerns - related to your eyes or not. When you do have to wait, they offer water, coffee or tea. They also have other refreshments available. My experiences here with both Cataract surgery & Glucoma treatments are 100% better than family & friends who have had treatment at other clinics.
Average wait time is over and hour and half! Your time is not valuable to this establishment at all! They don't tell you they are running late, they sit you in a second waiting room and ignore you. Worst patient care ever, they book to many appointments and can not keep up. Will not go back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
I will never go back! I waited over two hours to see the doctor, who rushed through my exam in 10 minutes. She told me that they had squeezed me in, even though I had made an appointment a week in advance! Rude!
