I have been going to Dr. Kramer at Achieve for over 11 years. I started with Lasik which was amazing, and recently had to have cataract surgery. Whether it is a regular appointment or a procedure, the staff and Dr. Kramer always show absolute professionalism while treating me with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Always friendly and attentive. They have always been concerned with any issue that may come up. Recently had cataract surgery and had a 'minor' issue with inflammation that was addressed ASAP! Very confident in the care that I've received.
I had my WORST patient experience EVER here. Asked a lot of questions, only to be ignored and told I'd have to wait two months to get answers to tests that were done over three weeks prior, but they couldn't find the results. I continued to ask questions as the doctor literally walked out the door. I won't go back. Looking for a new doctor now. I'm NOT a difficult patient. The doctors and staff at Achieve are amazing. They take the time to get to know you and truly care about how they are perceived. Dr. Deanna Nakamoto is my eye surgeon/ophthalmologist. She makes coming in for procedures such as cataract surgery or YAG laser ablation comfortable by making sure her patients completely comprehend the need, the process and any aftereffects are possible.
