I have become extremely frustrated with this company, but more specifically with a certain therapist, Nikita Terrian. I started with a new therapist after my old one left the company as well as my psychiatrist leaving. Now I’m seeing why providers are leaving this company. I highly recommend Headlight Health. I have been working with Dr. Pabbati and his Senior Clinical Coordinator, Ron, since May of this year. And although I am fairly new to Headlight Health, I am not new to Mental Health Care. I am someone living with mental illness for many decades and who has been treated by several different doctors, therapists, and who has tried many different treatments. I have contacted this company 3 times to make an appointment. I was referred by my PCM. First time the guy did the intake and assured me I was on a waitlist and he checked it each day and I would get a call back very soon! Nothing. Called back a couple of weeks later. Told the same thing. Called again. It's now months and months later. NOTHING! I have great insurance, so they know they will get paid.
