Our son was in his mid-20s and living on his own with a full time job in the medical field. He was physically fit, emotionally stable, sociable, and a very gifted musician. He hurt his back while assisting a patient. While it seemed to be a minor incident, the pain didn’t go away. Sleep for him became rare and nothing the doctors did seemed to make any difference. Achieve was extremely helpful. I called and spoke with Chris and then John, both were amazing. They handled everything we needed. My cousin was on a plane in 14 hours. All of his work papers were signed and sent back right away. He was able to get FMLA and return back to work 3 months later. He picked 9 months today!! Thank you all for the work you have done!
