This is a horrible clinic with zero sympathy with their clients. I had an emergency that delayed me for 10min. I had been waiting for an emergency treatment with them and they told me I could not proceed with the doctor because I was 10min late. There are better clinics out there that are more sympathetic and attentive to their patients I do not recommend them
I was given no solution to my knee pain.
Office is completely unorganized. Waiting hours to see the doctor. I understand that they just got bought out by HCA, but this is so unacceptable. Someone from HCA really needs to come get this place in order.
This review is not about the Doctor since we did not see him. Arrived for our 9:40 appt. at 9:20. Was given all initial paper work to fill out and that is when things went down hill. The receptionist indicated they would call us and after a bit more than an hour of wating we were not called forward. We then walked up and indicated we were leaving.
