like jj i was disappointed in the sauerbraten, where's the carrots & spuds? also waitress didn't know menu. but my friend got the bennie and said it was good so i'll probably give them another chance.
It was clean, the wait staff was nice, but a bit slow and very confused (they tried twice to serve us other folks' meals). I was looking forward to the sauerbraten. What I was served was stringy beef in a thin, tasteless broth...in a bowl. Even our waitress said it was unlike the authentic sauerbraten she'd experienced in Germany. I'm sorry, but nearly $11 for a bowl of soup isn't going to make me come back.
