My experience at this facility is anything short of a nightmare it started on a Tuesday during a routine parent meeting when I was just informed that my son had escaped the building the Friday before to which they had no details of the incident and wouldn't until a week from the day it happened they only knew the incident occurred in the first place due to another facility member reporting it due to the circumstances I decide observed the next session I arrived around 3pm only then was my son eating for the first time since ... read more
We enrolled our child with ACES. When our child started therapy in-clinic, one of our biggest complaints was that our morning BI (Behavioral Interventionist?) was always late. The final straw occurred when we found out 4 days later that our son had almost escaped the facility. They do not have adequate protections on the doors to keep your child from making it to the outside, our child who is normally afraid of no one is afraid of the interim clinical director, there are just way too many red flags with this place.
