I think Mitch is having some personal problems. Usually he is dependable and a good person..
Absolutely terrible service. After charging me so much for service call and sweating all over the place he tells me he will order a part. After 2 months I still have not heard from him and he won’t take calls or answer txt messages. Called fisher and paykel and they do not have him in the system at all and the big kicker no part has been ordered. Do not use Mitch he is a total and utter rip off .
Terrible experience. Tries to make you pay before walking out the door, claims to be a preferred technician for many brands. He is certainly not preferred by Westinghouse/Electrolux. Completely misdiagnosed our fridge problem saying the compressor was gone but in actual fact it had a gas leak. Had to get approved repair man out the next day. Ridiculously high call out and 15 min fees. Always contact your manufacturer for preferred tech guy, don’t trust the logos on his website like we did.
