Made a special trip to get a quote gave them info what I wanted. They said they would get back to me, never heard back from them. That will be one place that will never get my business

I have purchased a couple trailers from Ace thrillers over the past years. A few months ago, I ordered an H&H speed loader trailer. It came in today. I was immediately notified by the dealership. I sent them a copy of my drivers license and my trade-in vin. When I arrive, they were ready for me. I bought a trailer here because the price was half the cost in my state. The long reputation ACE has for doing good business made me comfortable to go ahead and buy the trailer sight unseen. They generously held onto it for me several months until I could pick it up. After driving 1400 miles to get there lets just say the situation was not what I expected due to a miscommunication, that neither of us understood entirely, probably due to the time that had passed since the transaction.
