I bought a trailer here because the price was half the cost in my state. The long reputation ACE has for doing good business made me comfortable to go ahead and buy the trailer sight unseen. They generously held onto it for me several months until I could pick it up. Fantastic service from the initial call to when I drove off the lot with my new trailer! Second one from Ace and both times were wonderful.
Rich in Parts was incredibly experienced and generous. He helped me replace my trailer hub rotor, pressed out and in the bearings, and took care of a ton of other issues. He didn’t even ask for compensation for his time or expertise—only charged me for the parts. I’m so grateful, especially since I had spent two days trying to figure out the rotors on my own. My rotor was destroyed, and bearings exploded; my tire fell off my boat trailer. I looked at every marine shop in MN from forest lake, Wayzata, rosiville to hasting.
I had a great experience with Ace. I was interested in ordering an Aluma Trailer. I had gone to a dealer that was closer to home, unfortunately they were not interested in helping me. So I reached out to Ace. They were very helpful and answered every question I had. Ordering the trailer was a simple process, communication was excellent. Brian was very helpful and professional.
