This is our second time having them out. First time they did the attic and basement sill plate. This time we had the walls done. We are happy with their work, professionalism, and cleanliness. Only problem would be that our salesman did not tell us that since we had vinyl siding on our porch, that portion could not be done until warmer weather (the siding could crack in the cold). He should know better!
I had my whole 1936, brick home insulated by Ace & Sons. They were terrific. they arrived at my home early on a very cold, rainy winter day. they worked in those conditions till the job was complete. I never saw them take a break. They worked in the dark with miners lights on their hats till they finished at 7:30 p.m. The price was fair & reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. I am a happy customer and a Realtor who refers them highly every chance I get.
They don't even deserve one star in our book, but I cannot leave a review if I don't at least click on one star. We scheduled the insulation for this morning, as we are on a tight schedule to move in our home next Friday. We were assured that it would be no problem. They cancelled the morning of, pushing back all of our other contractors. They did nothing to rectify the situation, and left us in limbo. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
