We just had our attic insulated with Ace and Sons. We have vaulted ceilings so we thought it would be a challenge- but it wasn't! They arrived exactly at the time they said they would, we got a great amount of insulation for the price, and the people who arrived were super respectful of everything in our house and truly professional. Spent $4500 and when they originally came out showed me all the cold spots in my exterior walls was told triple drill to fill all the bad spots and felt sold on the job but only drilled 2 holes and said i don't need that really?? then when the inspector came back to recheck everything I asked why do all the cold spots look the same and was told really cannot get those areas. Rreally pleasant. considerate of our home and property (and my kiddos!), I'd say they went above and beyond. Anything that came up they came and got me and explained what was going on and either asked for my direction or told me what was best to do and why. 3 Days out you can't tell a single place they replaced mortar, except the occasional place a corner on a brick may have got a little chipped, but nothing you'd notice if you didn't know exactly where to look. We had them blow in insulation years ago. Did a great job and you can't tell where they drilled between the bricks. The house retains heat and cool air much better than before. Great Company.
